To cancel your subscription plan:
  1. Log into your LimeSurvey account.
  2. Select "Billing History" from the profile menu (in the top right corner).
  3. Locate the plan that you wish to cancel, and click the "Cancel this plan"  link at the bottom of the Plan Information section.
