HTML editor : needed functionality

From LimeSurvey Manual

For LimeSUrvey 2.06 (or up), it seems we need to update the HTML editor. We can try to update ckeditor, but we need to rework some part. Then alternative solution are welcome. To add a solution add a page to https://manual.limesurvey.org/Category:Development_HTML_editor
