Unable to Insert a new Key was created by hassanz
Hey there,
am trying to update my Limesurvey Site, which is hosted on my own server from 3.16.1 to latest newest (5.x.x, 6.x.x).
But i have the Problem that i get the following Error when am trying to add the ComfortUpdate license key.
Anybody any clue, what could the reason be?

As this is obviously an issue with Comfort Update and you seem to be a paying customer of Comfort Update, please open a support ticket directly with the Limesurvey GmbH (go to LImesurvey.org -> Support and open a support ticket).
We here in the forum are mainly users that help other users. ComfortUpdate is the sole responsibility of Limesurvey GmbH and we have no insights into this. Chances that a developer or employee of Limesurvey GmbH reads this in the forum are slim.
