Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 6.5.2+
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Server
Survey theme/template: Fruity - Extended Theme (Mytheme)
==================
(Write here your question/remark)
Hello, I hope everyone is well, I'm running: 6.5.2+ version, and I'm wondering how I can add items to the top menu, also how to remove the help menu item
also, in some pages such as Theme options: /themeOptions/update?id=5
There is a help tip line:

Inherited settings come from your global settings or survey group. Click here for more information about inherited settings.

How I can remove this line?

Please see the attached screen.

Thank you for the guidance

Editing the admin interface is not that straightforward and there is no editor for this. You can create your own custom admin theme but that is a little tricky. The steps are outlined at manual.limesurvey.org/Custom_Admin_Theme...y_Version_3_or_newer .
You can the use JavaScript or CSS to hide certain items.

A while ago we have created a custom admin theme with no branding (see survey-consulting.com/product/limesurvey...n-theme-no-branding/ ). So we know how to adjust certain details.
Feel free to email me a list of all required adjustments if you are interested in such a customization.

I found the solution,

to remove help: forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-thi...enu-bar-in-an-iframe

to hide the footer:

.ls-footer-label {

display: none;
}
